It was this time ten years ago, when millions of households were left without power and in the cold after one of the most destructive storms in U.S. history made its way through New Jersey. Thousands of homes were damaged or completely destroyed as a result of the devastating storm surge and floods. It was a traumatic experience for so many residents that for many, did not end until years after the flood waters receded. We know, that even now, not everyone is home or whole.
